Screen Resolution Problem
#1
Question
I am new to this forum but have used it alot over the past few days to help me set up my HTPC. I have a Zotan ZBox with the latest Dharma version of XBMC live installed on it. It all works fine when i have it connected to a PC screen but when I connect it up to my 40" Sony TV via HDMI the image is too big for the screen. I have tried changing the resolution in XBMC but nothing seems to change until i change it to a really low resolution and then the image is too small. changing the settings on the TV does not help. any help appreciated.

thanks

How "too big"? All TVs have over scan. Calibrate your video settings.
Code:
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON `xbmc_%`.* TO 'xbmc'@'%';
IF you have a mysql problem, find one of the 4 dozen threads already open.
