Both episodes work fine in XBMC, so I don't think they're totally corrupt, if you look in this log, you can see some episodes which have had their duration found as '0' which is strange...

Are you using frodo with the latest stable-pre? I believe it is supposed to use the runtime stored in xbmc's database before trying to read the file for its length, which should work fine in your situation. I'm not sure what your options are to check any of those files for corruption, but if you got them from a torrent then you should be able to check them by trying to seed it and having your torrent client verify the files, since it will have their original hashes or checksums or whatever the torrent protocol uses.
