I've spent a bunch of time remuxing my x264 encoded TV captures so that they'll play on both my XBMC running HTPC and my ipad (through iTunes). Besides changing the container the biggest difference (since I encode at 720p anyway) is that iTunes must have an AAC audio track as track #1. So, my higher quality AC3 track ends up as track #2. I'd like XBMC to automatically play the higher quality audio track. Is there any way to do this?

ps, I know everyone will tell me to jailbreak my iPad and install XBMC there too but I'm kinda lurking on that one to see how Apple responds. Also, I've already got a big collection of files in this format. It would be a big effort to remux back to MKV and drop the AAC track.
