You can create file "strm"(to be included in the archive and scrapers) with url Megavideo and launch the player? The file "strm" I would like to create them manually!

I think I understand what he means.
he has links to content on megavideo that he wants to scan in his database. so he wants to create strm files with the url to the video and then scan it in.
I don't think it will be possible right now because those final video links aren't static and you can't just link directly to the website because xbmc doesn't know what to do with it. If you could call a plugin with a strm file to process the url then something like this might work. It is an interesting idea but I think it won't work the way you hope.
I think a feature to scan plugin content into the database would be nice. It has been discussed before and it seems some devs like the idea.
