Just installed on RaspBMC ( Raspberry PI ) and it works !!
Now i will try wil ATV2 also.

I can't do anything about the OSX problem, this is XBMC related. File a bug or try Gotham.
I need a full crash-log from the ATV2 to fix that problem. Make sure you have the debug setting enabled in the setting of my add-on.

Your log does not contain any information about the add-on. I think you confuse the (current) log with the crashlog.

No, I mean the crashlog. The file is named like "xbmc_crashlog-20130817_180627.log". This file contains every single action from start to the last crash. You posted the current log, which contains the information since the last boot.

The black video is not a fault of my add-on, I can't fix this. File a bug if you want to get it fixed.
I think Raspberry Pi users can fix this by buying the mpeg2 licence, but don't quote me on that.

I can't do anything for you. My add-on works as intended. File a bug report or it may newer gets fixed.
Have you disabled hardware acceleration? You could also try another player (use the add-on options). Try a lower quality setting.
