Wrong timezone most likely.
Always read the online manual (wiki), FAQ (wiki) and search the forum before posting.

Which distro?

You can also change XBMC's time under settings/locale.
Code:
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON `xbmc_%`.* TO 'xbmc'@'%';
IF you have a mysql problem, find one of the 4 dozen threads already open.

I'm using the live CD installation.

I cannot find a local under settings.
