[XBMC Live] Support AMD E-350 platform ?
#46
Eden is a huge improvement for us e350 guys! I gave XBMCbuntu a try from a USB stick on my Asus E35M1-I Deluxe and it worked straight away! Even VAAPI (hardware rendering) was running flawlessly. This all obviously works much better than on Windows.

The only hiccup I've had is audio. I've had to set a custom audio device (plughw:0,1 on my Asus board) to get audio working over my analogue output. Peterk2005 described this very niceky esrlier on in this thread. Unfortunately, I have had an annoying buzzing on the analogue audio! It is very noticeable in quiet scenes and I have changed devices but to no avail. Anybody experiencing the same? Anybody has a clue how to prevent this?
