You acquire higher quality media through non-streaming sources and live like a king. Even if 1channel and Icefilms were 100% legal, the video quality is horrible and links are always breaking. Then get a 3rd party HDMI adapter for when you want to watch XBMC on TV. Even with working AirPlay mirroring, it's easy to get buffering because the wifi in iPads 1 through 3 is only one antenna, and it's trying to handle two streams (video coming into the iPad, then video out to the ATV).
