IMPORTANT:
The official Kodi version does not contain any content what so ever. @RCLampie: This test build is solely to test a fix for HD audio. If normal DTS, DD do not work with the normal build they will not work with this either.
AFAIK: Kodi uses the standard Android Api to pass through audio. If your devices manufacturer did not implement it, pass through will not work with Kodi.

May i ask where i can find the latest build to test ?
Does it make sense to test the Krypton Build already ? I am running the Krypton Build on my Nuc and it is quite stable i have to admit. Is there a Krypton Build even available with passthrough ?

well , the Krypton build has something quite usefull if you have a Beamer and want to have the correct Settings regarding Limited Colour Range etc...
