Make sure to fix your power supply problems first. Which charger did you get? If by charger you mean a typical phone/tablet charger then it's probably not up to the job. Get the official RPi power supply (5.1V, 2.5A), this is known to work well.
The lightning bolt should be taken as a serious warning sign - if the RPi isn't powered properly all sorts of odd errors may occur, including data corruption on the SD card, crashes etc. It could well be that addons failing to install is a consequence of your power supply problems.

8.2.5 works just fine with addons.I have 2 other chargers, tablet works fine and official is shipping now. Tested 2 different cards as well.

@Milhouse After uninstalling emby, my LibreELEC runs without any problems. But that cannot be the solution to do without emby and only use embycon. Can you possibly look at what's because of it and maybe put out a fix for it?

I don't use Emby, but isn't the problem for the Emby developers to fix/investigate?

Just disabling should be enough in theory, although if you're able to test with a more-or-less "clean" .kodi (no extra addons, just your local sources etc.) then that might be a better option. 
 I didn't test with a clean .kodi, but I uninstalled Emby. If nothing can be found in these logs I will do a clean test. But it did take much longer without Emby. Don't know why I got two log files with a few minutes apart. Only restarted once, but I'll put both here.
If nothing is found I will do it again, clean. But if I should make some changes for better success with next log, please tell me.

Oh soory I found the calibration ( Expert Modus )



For me, the resolution of the Kodi surface does not fit, the font is truncated on the sides. In the settings I can not change that, I've already set the highest resolution.

It would be nice to have a manual calibration

#1126 can not change the system language anymore, also can not update any addon.

I can not currently explain why this behavior comes from.

I'm able to compile FBAlpha for RPI2.

This issue I have is
function resampler_sinc_process_neon: error: undefined reference to 'process_sinc_neon_asm' collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status make: *** \[makefile.libretro:646: fbalpha_libretro.so\] Error 1 ADDON FAILED game.libretro.fbalpha

So I changed this file "makefile.libretro_common" (https://pastebin.com/WkEQYqsn) from this package "libretro-fbalpha-79704a667cd0aa5865feffd0f55b6fc4acc13dec".

I changed to compile process_sinc_neon_asm meanwhile the check of Neon is not set and add this line during the link not sure it is required.
# Ensure the sinc_resampler_neon is available for ARM NEON devices.
SOURCES_S += $(LIBRETRO_COMM_DIR)/audio/resampler/drivers/sinc_resampler_neon.o

FBAlpha work great in RPI 3B+ with libreelec 9.x !

I hope it will help to fix this issue.

This is a problem with the Kodi mirror server(s), and it's not a LibreELEC issue as far as I can tell. It seems to happen every now again, affecting only a small number of users, but nobody has been able to pin it down.

This issue is still present. I also found out that this is triggered not only be enabling teletext. Running/exiting any game within Kodi (Retroplayer) will also make Estuary slower (this is very noticeable when using TV channel list). This is easy to reproduce just by running and exiting any game. After that the frame rate of the "sliding" Estuary menus is lower - the smoothness is gone. The setting "Limit GUI updates during playback" should be set to "Unlimited".

I think this is Pi-specific. I don't see this issue on a PC.

hello everyone.

I'm having problems with warming up after the latest updates.

when I start LibreElec and leave it in standby, after a few minutes the temperature icon appears. I go into configurations and the processor temperature goes from 80ºc / 176ºF, and the processor usage bar marks as if it were being used at 100%. even though it is not performing anything.

any correction for this?

is it possible to check if any addon is running in the background?
