Hi there.

1st post so please be gentle.....

I have an ATV1 and have put on xmbc via the patch stick. I can stream from my mac to it as well as watch films and listen to music on the ATV. That is good.

Thing is, I can't for the life of me install any add ons. I have tried terminal and Fugu. I have tried Google and can't even find the /private/var/mobile/Media folder on my ATV, specifically the mobile folder to copy the add ons to.

Don't think I am a noob, but I really am at a loss. What am I doing wrong?

bumping myself.....

I have sorted out putting on add ons.....used Fugu - and WOW, how good is Icefilms?!

Now next question is that it won't download films. I can stream, but is does buffer a bit especially with the HD stuff. I have created a folder but it wont let me.

Incidently, I have XMBC on my Macbook, just to test out stuff, and it downloads fine there.....bit confused.
