Does I unterstood it correctly: if I have the meta-files (fanart, .nfo, .tba, .jpg) in each movie-subdirectory, then XBMC will take this informations in Databasemode? And if I don't have this files, then the scraper will do his best?

If so, then: If in databasemode the wrong informations are shown (because the scraper tried already before I add the files manually), then I have to re-initialize the xbmc-database?

yes you'd have to rescan the items back into the library. either one by one, or by removing everything and starting over. if everything now has .nfo files, it wouldnt be such an issue to rescan everything because you'll know it'll be reliable
