Hello Together,

First off all: XBMC works great and i finally found some fine solutions i searched for.

Just one thing don't work:

I am using Upnp Server on one PC in XBMC.
I connect on the client (also via XBMC) to that XBMC Server.
Video files server Lib as source is linked as client source.

This should then finally work with all PC's in this house, so we can finally use one Data Server.

BUT,

I perfectly see the thumbnail i have chosen as Lib Data in the clients and the description of the film, but not the other pages like artists ...
Starting film and all othe things work fine.

For sure on the servers XBMC i can see it.

I did not find a failure, but maybe someone has a solution ?

By the way, win7 mediaplayer works also fine as client for the XBMC Upnp Server.
Cover etc visible, but not the artist data.


Additional:

I want to do the same with my TV's, which have DLNA.
At the moment (i don't need transcoding, i change all to Mp2 format)
XBMC is reachable via my samsung TV, i can get up to the folders list, next step i get an error.

If this would work, i just would need XBMC, now i have parallel activated serviio. This is not working with Win7 media player, but perferctly with the Samsung tV's.

I've tried here to import the XBMC Matadata, but here i can just press the button "import XBMC" and not choose the source, finally it imports nothing. Thumbnails stay at serviio old data.

I tried so much software, and with yours i am just a step before the solution.
