1 film = 2 files

i delete all 3 version of the single film, because they are in 3 parts therefore appear on the list 3 times
then i clean the library
then run an update but the 3 version still appear....why

You're not naming them properly. XBMC is seeing them as three different movies. Show us how you're naming them. Don't explain it to us, just cut and paste the names into your post.

Posted file names will work just fine. Any chance you're messing around with custom stack regexp in your advancedsettings.xml?
