I bought one too. Mine also got a rattle. Tbh the keyboard is not very nice. There is no way you can touch type on this little keyboard. The Rii Mini is much better for typing and is back lit.

On a side note, how would I go about to map all the keys on this little remote? i.e assign a key to do zoom or toggle subtitles on or off?

I dont actually know. I'd like to be able to zoom on images if thats even possible on XBMC. But subtitles are accessible on one of the menus while the movie is playing. I think its the menu that drops down from the top.
