what's the problem with a8-3850 performance? i'm not quite get it. it seems to do fine with these tests- this review summed it up nicely (AMD A8-3850 (Llano) APU Video Performance Examined) and these videos- AMD A8-3850 Llano APU First Look Review and AMD A8-3850 APU Gaming Performance Comparison.

lets say post #29 was this

thing is, i know some are just performance hungry,,,
heck, if its the case, i'd have to remove all builds from my guide
and just keep the INTEL G530 build for LINUX
and keep AMD A4-3400 for WINDOWS...

okay, it is performance hungry instead of power hungry now! Huh

and in another thread you say you are willing to pay $36 more for a8-3850 over the slightly less powerful a6-3650. you're confusing me bud!

like i specified,
some are just performance hungry....
even tho the A6-3500 triple-core would be perfect HTPC APU,
some will always go for a higher CPU mark if u will ....
hence why we see alot of A8-6850 popping out!

but, if your suggesting me to go with an A6-3650 APU,
since its a quad-core, might aswell get THE quad core
and buy the A8-3850 for only $36 more...
