Hi everyone,
I've run into an issue that I've noticed a few people have run into before, but it seems that a solution hasn't really been reached.
My system and situation is as follows:
ATV2 wired via DIR-655 to Server 2008R2. SMB shares have been up and running solidly for a couple of months. No system changes have been made to either the ATV2, or the Server 2008R2. I was watching a movie, and upon finishing, went to browse for another video, and was presented with a timeout error, then an endless string of Lock Settings prompts that won't accept my credentials. I've rebooted both the server, and did a power cycle on the ATV2 to no avail.
I have the same nightly running on Win 7 x32, and a Server 2008 R2. All 3 installs use the same credentials. Neither one of the 2 other instances have the issue as described above. Hence the SMB shares are still active, and the credentials still valid.
My error log linked below shows a series of "Permission denied" errors. I'm unsure how this can be, as my 2 other instances function without error using the same credentials.
My error log is located here: http://pastebin.com/XtM30nev
If anyone has any idea how I can rectify this short of re-installing that would be wonderful.
Thanks so much,
Cal.
