I was looking at Pulese-Eight website and the skin they used seems interesting. You can see it at this URL

Aeon is the closest I found to this image. Is it really this skin? If so, which one of the series and how can I modify the look to have the menu bar completely at the bottom as in the picture?

You are right because it based on Aeon Nox.

It's called 'Breeze' and it's work in progress so don't expect this to be released soon. Maybe an alpha version after new year.

I'll be looking for the end result. It is very promising and I'll certainly try it out once it is available.
