Sad
Hi,

I have jailbreaked my Apple TV 2 before, without any problems, installed aTVFlash-Black 1.1, than decided to try some add-ons, I installed and uninstalled some add-ons including xbmc. After I finished testing and tampering with ATV2, decided to do a flash clean installations of what was important for me. In this case, just xbmc.

Restore ATV2 to factory default (firmware 4.4.4, as before), jailbreaked it with Seas0nPass, and follow procedures found in:

http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=HOW...Apple_TV_2

after running the command:

apt-get install org.xbmc.xbmc-atv2

Received an error msg: no space left on device

Unpacking org.xbmc.xbmc-atv2 (from .../org.xbmc.xbmc-atv2_10.0-9_iphoneos-arm.deb) ...
dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/org.xbmc.xbmc-atv2_10.0-9_iphoneos-arm.deb (--unpack):
failed in buffer_write(fd) (7, ret=-1): backend dpkg-deb during `./Applications/XBMC.frappliance/XBMCData/XBMCHome/language/Czech/strings.xml': No space left on device

Done it several times, without success, help!!

thanks,

Pedro

Quote:Have you run out of space on your ATV2? Check with (via SSH) the df -k command. If any /dev/disk* filesystems are at 100%, use du -h / to see what's taking up space.
First places to check are: /private/var/mobile/Library/Preferences/XBMC/addons/packages, /private/var/mobile/Library/Caches/AppleTV/Video/LocalAndRental and
/private/var/mobile/Library/Caches/AppleTV/Video/Other
