I have some pixelation(if this is what you call it) problems on some movies, and not in the same places in the movies when i restart the movie.

Most likely an issue with DXVA decoding using the Intel GPU (you could disable DVXA in XBMC Settings) then try playing back again.

The file is encoded with x264 with certain parameters (group HDChina) and depending on what they choose (run the file through MediaInfo to check) the Intel GPU might not be able to handle everything (discreet Nvidia or AMD GPUs are more robust in these situations).
