Is it possible to display CPU usage and video diagnostic information while playing movie on iPad 2 with Touched skin as it works with ‘O’ keyboard key in PC version?

It should be doable without turning on debugging. At least it is on my ATV. No idea on ipad though.

I think I use the title or menu or some similar key on XBMC Remote for android.

Either a skin would need to support it, or you can use a remote app to enable it (like another iOS device). I've actually been able to do it on the same device by using Backgrounder to force XBMC to not close when I hit the home button, then pointed a remote control app to "localhost" and press the button, then switch back to XBMC.
