Subtitle issue

First of; I'm running windows 7 32 bit on an Asrock ION330HT-BD (Intel Atom N330 and 2GB RAM).

All of a sudden when I try to watch a .mkv file with .srt subtitle file all the subtitles seem to get mashed up the first time people speak, and not show any more afterwards.

In other programs like VLC subtitles work just fine. Anyone has a suggestion on how to solve this? It worked perfectly yesterday.

Without posting a debug log, it's hard to help you ...

Does this apply to all films or just one film?

I can't see anything obviously wrong. Try deleting C:\Users\Timo\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\cache\subtitle.srt just in case XBMC is failing to cache the subtitles properly.

Looks like the subtitle file is loaded but not parsed correctly, as what's displayed is the raw content of the .srt

Please create a bug report on Trac and add the debug log + the .srt file as attachments.

Hi. there is a little issue with subtitle position. I set the position to 920 in the settings - display calibration, and in the osd menu and apply to all movies. It's ok. but when i switch the primary display in windows and start xbmc, the subtitle position of all videos is reset to 1042.
All the time when i switch to another display in windows, all subtitle positions is resetting to 1042.
