On OSX, with keyboard, using Songs (5k+), Artists (500-odd) and Albums (250-odd) all 3 lists (list view in confluence) scroll to the end in about the same time - around 8-10 seconds. This is after a short speed up time (which, to be honest, with 5k items, the acceleration means it's jumping more than one item before it reaches the end of the first page).
