XBMC Upgrade Time

So I built my current XBMC Box about 3-4 months ago, I love it, its just that since when navigating thru the menu's and stuff, XBMC lags a bit, while normally i wouldn't care, i was playing around with Frodo on my main machine 16GB ram and 2600K, and omg it flew, it was able to fly thru every menu without lag and so on, It was able to update every item on my unraid box so fast it i couldn't even see the items it was indexing and grabbing metadata for!, while I know the CPU is like comparing a Smart car to a Formula Racer, I look down on my current XBMC.

Also I'm a huge anime fan, while most anime works fine with XBMC, anime encoded in Hi10P is becoming more proper, while I know Eden doesn't support this, Frodo will, I can currently watch the videos using VLC or MPC, but even with my video card, the CPU hits a 100% and causes the video to get choppy during some of the more intense scenes.

So here is the plan.

Current:
Case: LIAN LI PC-Q08B Black Aluminum Mini-ITX Tower Computer Case

MOBO/CPU: ASUS E45M1-I Deluxe AMD E-450 APU AMD Hudson M1 Mini ITX Motherboard/CPU Combo

PNY VCGGTX550TVXPB GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Fermi) 1GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Memory: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model

SSD: Intel 330 Series Maple Crest SSDSC2CT060A3K5 2.5" 60GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

Power Supply: Antec HCG M Series HCG-400M 400W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply

I want to replace the MOBO with

ASUS M5A88-M AM3+ AMD 880G HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...6813131758

The reason I choose this board, it is the only micro ATX Mobo Asus makes, that works on AM3+, and it comes highly rated. It doesn't have Bluetooth which i use for my keyboard with touchpad, but O well. I don't care about the wifi or the on board gfx.

AMD FX-6300 Vishera 3.5GHz (4.1GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 95W Six-Core Desktop Processor FD6300WMHKBOX
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...6819113286

I know this processor is a bit overkill of a pure XBMC machine, but since all the AM3+ processors are around the 100 price range, why not.
I will also add another 8GB ram so it will be up to 16GB.

Can anyone see any problems with this upgraded setup? is 400 watt enough to power this upgraded setup?

I might not know what I'm talking about, but you have a mini ipx case and searching for a micro atx mobo. Wouldn't it not fit?
