I have a few laptops in my house and I use xbmc for windows on a normal pc. Is it possilbe to play music from my laptop directly to that xbmc pc without going to the menu etc. Just from the other side of the house.

The simplest way is to enable all UPnP options in XBMC and use it as UPnP media renderer accessible from right click menu in Windows (Play to...).
Or you can share music folders on your laptop, add those shares to XBMC media library and use one of the possible remote control options (web-interface, mobile apps).
