Hi guys,
I'm getting the above error in the logs for one of my xbmc clients. My main client is running an Eden build and works fine, with tvheadend version 2.12, but the client that is reporting the error is a 12.0-ALPHA7 compiled on Nov 9th.
I can't for the life of my work out why the EPG won't download, as everything else will. Does anyone have any ideas? :/ Thanks!

I also just tried running a tcpdump on my client machine, and i can see the tvheadend server sending back the EPG info fine, this leads me to suspect something is wrong with the PVR client in interpreting the results?

Interesting, I didn't know that existed. Unfortunately it has not solved the problem (I'm also now on the Nov 12th nightly). It still has the same errors too. I've also tried resetting the EPG database which hasn't worked. Is tvheadend 2.12 incompatible perhaps?

Same Here with latest Openelec Frodo build and last version of the plugin client.

Hmmm mine still isn't working after updating on the 16th. I'll try updating again!

TVH 2.12 is ancient, upgrade to 3.2.18

2.12 is indeed very old and I would recommend upgrading if you experience any problems. Mainly because we consider 2.12 eol and will always ask you to upgrade first before reporting problems.
That being said there should be nothing in the new versions of pvr.hts that should be incompatible with 2.12.

Cool cheers guys I'll look at doing an upgrade. I think 2.12 is what was in the ubuntu repo so I'll look at installing it outside of that, thanks.
