Not sure if anyone's posted about this...

This is on Windows 8 RTM x64 with an Ati HD5870. It does go away sometimes on the main screen but makes browsing the settings impossible.

Any advice?

If you had done a decent search it would have told you it is a driver problem

Well, I did do a search (not sure what constitutes a "decent search") but found nothing.
