Looking for your advise on this motherboard:
Newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...20H61H-G11
Mfg: http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWebSite/Product...03&LanID=9

to run xbmxbutu or openelec and minimal cost.

I not familiar with the DC IN port. I assume a typical laptop power brick would work but there's not much info to go with.

- already have 4gb stick and SD card for boot
- cpu Intel Celeron G530/G550
- 1080p everything from hardwired nas

Any info regarding HTPC performance would be helpful.

I just ordered this one. Seems to have similar specs with a lower cost. This is for a budget htpc running a G550 processor.

It looks like the same DC input as the Intel DH61AG but amazingly, not even the manual says. The DH61AG is 19V with a 7.4mm x 5.0mm jack size. I use these for the DH61AG: http://www.amazon.com/Anker-Pavilion-DV4...004IT27PK/

Performance should be fine. I build G530/H61 HTPCs all the time.

Looking here: http://download.intel.com/support/mother...atalog.pdf it seems all Thin Mini-ITX motherboards use the same power supply (see pg. 7) -- so 19V 7.4*5.0mm.
