If you manually change your refresh rate to 24hertz on windows before opening xbmc, all 24p material will play in sync. Only downside is that you manually have to change your refresh rate everytime for different frame rates. I also recommend setting video setting to full screen and not full screen windowed in the system video settings. For some reason, when xbmc is set to auto refresh rate and switchs just before playing a video, its cause it go out of sync every time. I hope this feedback helps and were closer to a true 24p fix!
