#1
Hi there,
i have a plug in error in the biginning but i dont know wich one it is to i desinstall it, how can i solve this ? the error is
"error script failure service.py"

The other problem is in the movies database, it detects always the same 3 movies as new in the startup but doesn't show them in the library after. i already tried to move the folder movie to another location and it does always the same...

sound of my voice (it exists on disk)
meet joe black (it exists on disk)
xbox 360 ch (i dont have anything like this in the movie library)

i aprecciate the help, because it is annoying and maybe easy to solve.
best regards

A debug log (wiki) should tell us what's going on with both issues.

It looks like the Trakt add-on is having some errors. That's probably causing the error message. Try posting in the Trakt thread and mention the same debug log: http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=138745

Sound of My Voice needs the year changed to 2012. The scraper is getting confused at the 2011 date and has no entry for it (themoviedb.org).

I'm not sure why Meet Joe Black isn't being matched. Maybe just clean up the folder name so it only has movie name + year.

Sofia doesn't have a direct entry, but there are three that might be it: https://www.themoviedb.org/search?query=Sofia#1
Looks like it just needs a better folder name.

I'm guessing the others that aren't matching are also just needing folder title tweaks. If you can't change the folder title for some reason, you can select the file in file view (Videos -> Files) and bring up the context menu and select "movie information" (or just press "i" on a keyboard) and there should be an option to manually search the titles, where you can then manually select the correct entry.
