hi
I use a folder for my tv show - all tv show metadata from thetvdb.org work fine but for two folders "the ghost whisperer" and " game of thrones" that server connection error showing up .
I read some similar problems in the forum and try some of solutions like changing folder and file names but no one work for me . Why just this two folder don't work ?
Any way to add these items metadata manual and update folder . For example for movies I use "media center master" for metadata any similar program for tv shows

I use xbmc 12 and 13 in windows 7 x64

I find "media center master" also work for thetvdb.com my problem solved .
