The playback is tested on following setup
- XBian (Beta Test-unreleased yet.No time to flash any other build but it would be pretty same)
- OC is default XBian 840
- wired LAN SMB share from local NAS
- HDMI-->ONKYO-->Panasonic plasma
The file I have tested is as follows

First I tested the playback with both audio output settings
- HDMI Audio 5.1 with Dolby D and DTS capable receivers enabled (passing through to ONKYO) - smooth playback, no glitch, buffering, frame drops or any kind of issue
- HDMI Audio 2.0 with Dolby D and DTS capable receivers disabled (Downmix to stereo) - and yet again the same results, all smooth
Just to point out that the sound is DTS-MA HD but as the RPi has no support the output on HDMI is DTS and ONKYO detects and decode it as DTS or in case of True HD this would be sent out as Dolby Digital
