Hi does anyone have a guide to add Marked as Watched functionality to tv show add-ons?

I believe if you can do this in many ways depending on the plugin. Some you can hold down the menu button and it will say marked as watched and you can click that option. Others you have to do over it and left click the arrow to left side options and it will be there as well

I don't believe its currently possible to mark shows as watched unless they are part of your library ie. Database.

This is what I am trying to learn. How to add this to an add-ons. So If I build an add-on it will have a check mark. The same as if I I go to my local tv show files and watch, it places the check mark, so I know I is watched.
