Hi Spud.
I use a free php script called Password Protect for web page password protection.
http://www.zubrag.com/scripts/password-protect.php
You will need to edit the password-protect.php file to change your user name and password then upload to your web site in the same dir as your library-report web page.
Then open it in browser with "help" parameter to get the code to add to your html.library-report web page. Example: 'www.userswebsite/password_protect.php?help'.
Then add the code provided to the first line of the library-report web page code.
Also you need to change the file extension of your library-report web page to php. Example: 'index.php'.
In future I might add this as a option in the python script to automate the process.
Added option to password protect uploaded webpage.
Done
