Hello!!!,


it seems like for hours iv been doing trial and error, comming up with nothing!!!


all i want is to get my xbmc to look like this!!!


Everytime i try to add a background it looks blurry!!!


My movies dont have mini posters or info!!!

I can't be 100% sure, but I'm gonna hazard a guess that you haven't scraped your media into xbmc yet. There's detailed instructions here that should help. As for background images, xbmc should, by default, use your screen resolution. So then just use a background image with the same resolution.

You shouldn't need to add any backgrounds to get it to look like that. Once all your media information is scraped and artwork is displayed you should have what you want.

XBMC has a bit of a learning curve... it took me a while to familiarize myself with it... but once you know it, you will never look back. You will realize the potential for customizing. Even each skin like Aeon Nox, MQ5 and others also require a learning period to get it to look exactly like you want it.

Stick with it, read tutorials, experiment, do test installations, etc.... do one thing at a time, and at the end you will have something you are very proud of... it will feel like you created it all.
