Evening All

Is there a way to stop a skin from updating ie I want all the add-ons to automatically update but not the skin

Is this possible? If so could someone tell me how to do it or which file to edit

Update the skin version by hand in the addon.xml of the skin and set it ridiculously high to make sure it won't get updated in a while.
