Hello Everybody,

I'm new at the forum but I've been using XBMC for quite some time now.
I'm loving it and so is my girlfriend.

But the thing is,
My parents in law where impressed with how everything worked at our place.
So they have decided that they also want and XBMC setup.
And I am the one who has to buy an HTPC and hook it up to their living room.

My problem lies with the HTPC.
I want one wich is powerful enough to play 1080p movies with for now a 2.1 output. (in the future this will become a 5.1 or 7.1)
It has to have a blu-ray player (I know xbmc doesn't support it, but i'll find a workaround)
And an optical out.


I was thinking about the Asrock Vision HT 311D. (Specs)
Will this be powerful enough?
The processor is a 2,4Ghz dual core.
And it has onboard Intel HD Graphics 4000.

What do you guys think?
Would recommend this to me?
Or do know about a better HTPC, if so please advice me!

Vision HT 311D would be fine (you link to the 321B). It takes very little power these days to view 1080p videos.
