Badly rated subtitles are already filtered out. The star rating is a feature of Kodi's subtitle downloader framework, which has no proper equivalent on the subscene results pages. Subtitles are only marked as rated god, rated bad or not rated. This is mapped to Kodi's star ratings as follows:
Rated good => 5 stars
Not rated => 0 stars
Rated bad => discarded.
