I'm organizing my TV shows using thetvdb scraper and it found all of the episodes in all my seasons folders and its all correct except it has all added each of those episodes into the season 1 folder as well. (Kind of hard to explain, so let me try to give an example)

My folder structure is:
Show Name/Season 1/01 - Name of episode.ext
I have it set to DVD Order and i double checked with thetvdb and it all matches except in season 1 which looks like

1x01 - Episode Name
1x01 - Episode Name
1x01 - Episode Name
1x01 - Episode Name
1x01 - Episode Name
1x01 - Episode Name
1x01 - Episode Name
1x01 - Episode Name
1x01 - Episode Name
1x02 - Episode Name
1x02 - Episode Name
1x02 - Episode Name
1x02 - Episode Name
1x02 - Episode Name
1x02 - Episode Name
1x02 - Episode Name
1x02 - Episode Name
1x02 - Episode Name
etc etc etc

There are 9 seasons and every other season folder besides 1 looks perfect. I know there is a setting im missing to cause this.

Any help is greatly appreciated (I have OCD and this is killing me)

(I can add screenshots of my folder structure and pictures of how it looks on my tv and settings etc if needed just ask)
