I am not sure at all if such a PowerVR 3650 works at all for any acceleration without issues.

At this point however, I think the problem may have simply been enabling DXVA2 when my hardware doesn't support it. When I disable it, everything runs fine.

with Gotham (both Beta 1 and Beta 3) I have audio sync problems:
Tested on an i3-3225 (with internal GPU and Nvidia GTX760) and on i5-4670 (Nvidia GTX760)
With Frodo I have perfectly synced audio with adjust refresh rate on and A/V Sync off
With Gotham this and also any other combination with adjust refresh rate on (which I think of as essential) and A/V on or off will result in audio starting fine at the beginning of a movie and getting out of sync. Sometimes it's already out of sync from the start.
Is this a known bug?
As for the request to post a log:
http://xbmclogs.com/show.php?id=183076
That was with adjust refresh rate on and A/V sync off
Sound output is via a Toslink splitter to my Sonos Playbar.

change ln 590 of xbmc/video/dialogs/GUIDialogVideoInfo.cpp from:
to:Code:g_windowManager.ActivateWindow(WINDOW_VIDEO_NAV,strPath);
Code:vector<string> params;
params.push_back(strPath);
params.push_back("return");
g_windowManager.ActivateWindow(WINDOW_VIDEO_NAV, params);
Feel free to test that out if you like.
Cheers,
