Fire TV Stick uses a Broadcom BCM28155 (Capri) SoC with Dual-Core CPU with Broadcom VideoCore 4 GPU/VPU.
Broadcom Capri 28155 in this Amazon Fire TV Stick have Dual-Core ARM Cortex A9 processors running at 1.0 GHz.
(This is same SoC used in Samsung Galaxy S II Plus, Galaxy Fame, and Galaxy Grand that can go as high as 1.3 GHz).
Broadcom VideoCore IV ( VC4 / VideoCore 4 ) GPU and VPU offload engine is the exact same used by Raspberry Pi.
