Hi, So far I've done this in case any one wants to install in a similar set up:

Machine Specs:

Atom Intel Board D510mo + Brodcom Crystal HD for Video Decoding + Hauppage DVB-T Card

1 - Ubuntu Minimal + XBMCv12 (Some parts, it's a little outdated)

2 - Install CrystalHD on Ubuntu 14.04 (Based on work by htpcbeginer)

3 - Build xbmc 13.2-Gotham with CrystalHD Support


Every thing was perfect, except for no pvr support nor pvr addons menu, I've tried to install it with aptitude (as mentioned here and here), i've tried to compile it and install I've builded zips and tried to install them from gui, but xbmc complains about some missing dependencies, so I've already seen when I run ./configure it says it's not going to build PVr support, how can i enable it?

I have no PVR section on addons, if I try to install it by zip and xbmc complains about missing dependencies, so i think it has something to do with compilation proces.

As you are running 13.2 you need a zip generated from a Gotham pvr-addons-branch.

I hope someone else benefits from this information since Kodi 14 won't support CrystalHD.

There is still hope. Some famous OSS developer has picked it up and promissed to get the issues fixed that were the reason it was removed.

Was wondering why XBMC/KODI stopped being usable after updating to the v14 line... (3x netbooks)
My Inspiron Duo stopped being usable was seriously tripping till I found this!


Who on the developer team for the Windows side uses a laptop with a miniPCIe slot that I can buy one for :X
