[Firepants]

I have Frodo 12.3 and am trying to update to gotham. I have tried through Nito and through terminal but get various error messages. the most obvious is -

org.xbmc.xbmc-atv2 is already the newest version.
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 25 not upgraded.

Can anyone help?
