It seems you can't get the damn labels to stop scrolling in a focused layout of a List. I read up on the forums and it seems like it's hardcoded, why is that?
I really think the <scroll>false</scroll> tag should do what it says even in a focusedlayout. There are posts dating back 4 years complaining about this and even posts about it being fixed but has nothing happened? It just looks really bad.
