Get a complete nuc with ram and perhaps a ssd.
Or use a USB stick and throw openelec on it.
LibreElec Kodi | Aeon MQ ?

It's hard to make a recommendation on hardware without knowing what you want to do with your HTPC.
And by ready-made do you mean just the hardware put together or also with all the software installed, configured and ready to go?

I want it for browsing, games like civilization and movies via xbmc.
Could come with os preinstalled or not... Tv will be 4k.
One question...if i have two tvs, diff rooms but the walls they are on are back to back, is there an efficient way to use same htpc for both?

Minimum is Core i3 integrated graphics for Civilization.
You would have to watch the same content on both TVs.
Not sure about 4K. 4K@60Hz you need HDMI 2.0 so that's the GTX970 or 980. HDMI 1.4 can do 4K @ 30Hz.
It's kind of weird the Alienware specs don't say which Geforce GPU -- though it says custom Maxwell. I'd want an SSD in mine though. That's the nice thing about getting a custom build done. You can an SSD without having to go top of the line.

You are right. Would want hdmi 2.0 then. Is there any other build i could purchase that meets these needs or would you recommend I build instead? Which specs would be best?
In regarss to both tvs, if i set two htpcs, i would then have to set a nas up as well for media server right?
