Please help Guru's....

I have just set up my Pi running raspxbmc - Streaming over the network from a desktop running Win7 32bit.
I have successfully got the folders pointed and accessed, BUT ! It is not showing all of the files in each shared folder. maybe 30% of each. (tv-music-photos)
Have I missed a setting or anything?
The Pi does see ALL folders on a portable drive via USB.

I think I found the issue...
My share folder settings somehow was set as Mixed instead of Read only... so i set it back to Read only and rebooted the Pi.. Somehow it now sees all of the files ..
Dont know if this was the cause or the remedy - but it now works...
