How to you access video that is stored on your ipad? I have some video in my camera roll and also some videos I downloaded on my computer I have yet to put on my ipad. How can I add these so that I can watch them while I have no internet.

You mean through Kodi? Open Kodi got to videos, files, add videos then choose the folder your videos are stored. I personally move my videos using ifile and play from the home folder path.
