I have an old (2007) Nova-T Stick for DVB-T (it is actually an Elgato EyeTv DTT but it's just a re-brand) which I would like to use with Kodi under windows 7. Which PVR backend can I use ? Currently I'm using WinTV 7, but it is not compatible with Kodi. Any suggestion ?

A stick of that age is likely to be well supported by your OS, so any of the Windows backends would work.

Thanks for your answer, I feel a bit dumb for not having tried before asking.

Yesterday a tried a couple of PVR backends and in the end settled with NextPVR which seems to better work with Kodi.

All the backends I tried supported out of the box the Nova-T stick, so i guess sometime is a good thing to have old hardware.
