Hi,

I'm running Windows 7 WMC and OpenElec Helix on a Raspberry Pi.

Everything was running really well, then Windows Media Centre (after 5 years of use) suddently crashed and then when restated stated that its guide had become corrupt and it was re-downloading it again. After that it seems to run flawlessly.

By since then the guide is blank on Kodi, when I display it it shows all the channels but with 'No Guide Data Available'.

I'm unsure if is related to the Media Center crash above...

I've tried resetting the PVR database to no avail.

Any suggestions of whats causing the issue.

I'm running client version 0.3.108 and server version 1.0.0.52 build 1175

Hi Archie,

I would suggest resetting the PVR database but looks like you already tried that. Perform a reboot of the windows machine and copy/paste the fresh ServerWMC.log file to http://pastebin.com/ and put the link here. That will give us a place to start troubleshooting.

Did you reset Epg database in Kodi as well as PVR? I actually recommend setting the Kodi option "don't store Epg in database" as I prefer to get it live from the backend every startup rather than have Kodi cache/store it. Perhaps if you have heaps of channels it is noticeable performance but not on my setup

ahhhhhhhhhhhh, rebooting the machine seems to have fixed the problem - where was I thinking it was a Kodi issue.

... should have thought of rebooting.
