I am running the latest version of Kodi on a Nano 2 Slim android box.
The problem I have is the Internal Cache keeps getting full when I watch a movie.
I have the tweak for zero cache set up to stop buffering. I have suffered the buffering to see if it makes any difference,
but the Internal SD card still gets full quite fast. Its a pain because the only way to empty it is to do a system reset.
which looses all of my Kodi settings.
Is there a way to force Kodi to save the Cache to my external SD card?

That's not how the "zero cache" setting works. It clears the moment playback is stopped. You certainly should never have to do a system reset.
